How do you charge for your closets, products & design solutions?
A
Everything we design for you is custom designed and manufactured. You have your
choice of a wide selection of accessories and finishes that will affect the price. If you
have a budget we can tailor a solution to your needs that we’re sure you’ll be most
pleased with.

What do your space solutions consist of?
A
We can design closets, entertainment centers, home offices, garage storage solutions
and utility and pantry rooms for you. Virtually anything that needs storage in your
home we can create a solution for.

How to I go about getting a design solution and a quote?
A
You can call, or visit, our showroom. The best solution, however, is to send one of
our experienced design consultants to your home to view the area of your home where
you could use help and determine what your needs are for that space.

How are your designs installed?
A
Our closets, pantry, utility room and garage solutions are attached to the wall with
some of our deeper cabinets having legs as well as being attached to the wall.

What is the lead time once the order is placed?
A
Depending on how complex the design is, the lead time averages about two weeks on
standard materials. Custom wood veneers will take longer, but we will always give you
a delivery and installation date.

How long does installation take?
A
Depending on how large the project is we normally can complete installation in one
day, slightly longer on more involved projects.

What material do you use in your space solutions, such as closets & offices?
A
We utilize high end particle board as our panel substrate as it doesn’t warp, which
many low end products are prone to do. Then we cover it with the melamine, or wood
veneer, of your choice.

What about the finish of your doors and drawer fronts?
A
Again we use only high end particle board, then use the same color, or grain, of
melamine. However for doors and drawer fronts we utilize RTF (Rigid Thermos Foil),
or solid wood with wood veneers.

Do you accept payment by credit card?
A
Yes, we do.

Can I get a catalog of your space solutions?
A
Yes, we do have a brochure that shows sample solutions, details our process and
shows our various patterns and finishes. But, as all our products are custom made to
solve individual problems the brochure shows more the quality of our custom work.

Do you offer discounts?
A
Yes, on single orders of $1,000 or more you’ll receive a 10% discount.

Do you charge for shipping?
A
No, we don’t charge for shipping if you’re within the San Antonio Metroplex area.
